patience and practice, like REALLY PRACTICE! i play violin and the orchestra in my skool is made up of 7 & 8 graders, and i'm in "first chair" of the 2nd violins. i practice like crazy!

practice with someone that know ur music piece, that helps a lot :3
betta practice or u will be the kid in the back row, like me :3
